A personal Koelnmesse account is required to participate in the trade fair so that we can ensure a high level of trade visitor quality and offer an optimal digital trade fair experience. You can also use this account later to register in the trade fair app.

Select ‘Buy ticket’. During the purchase process, you will be asked to enter the details of the ticket holder. Enter the name and email address of the person for whom the ticket is intended. These persons will then receive a ticket code by link, which they can redeem with their own Koelnmesse account.

Ticket in the app:

In the trade fair app, you can conveniently access the ticket in the ticket wallet there. Simply log in to the app with the Koelnmesse account you used to purchase your ticket.

The app also allows you to plan your visit to the trade fair efficiently. Here you will find the hall plan and navigation, exhibitor and product lists, the event programme and can network with other trade fair participants.

You will also receive your ticket as a PDF file in the order confirmation. You can also download the ticket to the wallet of your mobile device via a link in the e-mail.

You can also call up your ticket at any time under ‘My orders’ in the ticket shop.

Would you like to do without the advantages of the Koelnmesse account and the app? Then you can alternatively purchase a ticket (chargeable) on site or redeem a ticket code.
