Asia-Pacific Sourcing 2025 is recording a very good number of registrations
More than 750 exhibitors have already registered
In around two months' time Asia-Pacific Sourcing opens its doors again in Cologne from 11.-13.03.2025. More than 750 exhibitors will present their new Asian tools and products from the home, garden and leisure sectors at Europe's number one sourcing platform. In addition to an internationally unique access point to the Asian offering, buyers also profit from numerous possibilities for networking with potential partners. Online tickets for the event are already available free of charge via the ticket shop.As the largest sourcing platform outside Asia, Asia-Pacific Sourcing brings manufacturers and sales companies from the Far East together with buyers from Europe and North America. The trade fair is already recording an outstanding registration status: More than 750 exhibiting companies are expected at the coming edition, which will take place in exhibition halls 7 and 8 of Koelnmesse.
"We are very satisfied with the number of registrations received for APS two months before it commences," said Sebastian Hein, Director of Asia-Pacific Sourcing. "The positive responses from the industry and the early applications of many exhibitors speak for its relevance as an indispensable exhibition. I am therefore quite positive that the 2025 edition will pick up on prior successes."
APS, which takes place every two years, sees itself as an important hub for multilateral import and export transactions. The goal of the event is to bundle the offering of the Asian growth markets at the Cologne location and systematically bring them together with the increasing demand from Europe and North America. As an order and communication platform, it presents products, innovations and trends from the hardware industry and from the house and garden sectors. The focus lies on the tool and accessories segments. The spectrum of the international manufacturers extends from connection and fastening technology, industrial supply, manufacturing facilities, locks and fittings to home improvement / DIY materials.
The focus of the "Best of China" special zone in Hall 7 is Chinese companies. The exclusive presentation platform is taking place in the scope of APS for the fourth time. 54 exhibitors in total from different sectors will be presenting their current products on-site. Furthermore, on the Central Boulevard the spotlight will be on special highlights that stand out for example in terms of their innovation, environmentally-friendliness and intelligent production technology.
Tickets are already available
Tickets for Asia-Pacific Sourcing 2025 are already available. Interested parties can secure their online ticket from the ticket shop free of charge. Please note that tickets acquired at the box office are subject to a charge.
The International Trade Fair for Retail Promotions and Imports (IAW), is being staged parallel in Cologne again this year in Halls 6 and 9 of Koelnmesse. A separate ticket is necessary to visit the trade fair which can be purchased via the ticket shop of IAW.

In rund zwei Monaten, vom 11. bis 13.03.2025, öffnet die Asia-Pacific Sourcing wieder ihre Tore in Köln. Mehr als 750 Aussteller präsentieren auf Europas Sourcing-Plattform Nr. 1 ihre Neuheiten asiatischer Werkzeuge und Produkte aus dem Haus-, Garten- und Freizeitsektor. Neben einem weltweit einzigartigen Zugang zum asiatischen Angebot profitieren Einkäuferinnen und Einkäufer von zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Networking mit möglichen Partnern. Online-Tickets für die Veranstaltung sind bereits kostenlos über den Ticket-Shop erhältlich.Als größte Sourcing-Plattform außerhalb Asiens bringt die Asia-Pacific Sourcing Hersteller und Vertriebsunternehmen aus Fernost mit Einkäuferinnen und Einkäufern aus Europa und Nordamerika zusammen. Bereits jetzt verzeichnet die Messe einen ausgezeichneten Anmeldestand: Mehr als 750 ausstellende Unternehmen werden zur kommenden Ausgabe erwartet, die in den Messehallen 7 und 8 der Koelnmesse stattfinden wird.

Die alle zwei Jahre stattfindende Asia-Pacific Sourcing versteht sich als wichtige Drehscheibe für multilaterale Import- und Exportgeschäfte. Ziel der Veranstaltung ist, das Angebot der Wachstumsmärkte Asiens am Standort Köln zu bündeln und gezielt mit der steigenden Nachfrage aus Europa und Nordamerika zusammenzuführen. Als Order- und Kommunikationsplattform präsentiert sie Produkte, Innovationen und Trends aus der Hartwarenbranche sowie den Bereichen Haus und Garten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Werkzeug- und Zubehörsegment. Das Spektrum der internationalen Hersteller reicht von Verbindungs- und Befestigungstechnik, Industriebedarf, Betriebsausstattung, Schloss und Beschlag bis hin zum Bau- und Heimwerkerbedarf / DIY.
Chinesische Unternehmen stehen auf der Sonderfläche „Best of China“ in Halle 7 im Fokus. Bereits zum vierten Mal findet die exklusive Präsentationsplattform im Rahmen der APS statt. Insgesamt 54 Aussteller aus verschiedenen Sektoren präsentieren vor Ort ihre aktuellen Produkte. Besondere Highlights, die zum Beispiel hinsichtlich Innovation, Umweltfreundlichkeit und intelligenter Fertigungstechnik herausragen, werden zudem auf dem Messeboulevard zentral in Szene gesetzt.

Parallel zur APS findet auch in diesem Jahr wieder die Internationale Aktionswaren- und Importmesse (IAW) in den Hallen 6 und 9 der Koelnmesse statt. Für den Besuch ist ein separates Ticket notwendig, das über den Ticket-Shop der IAW erworben werden kann.
